Why organisational culture?  Because it is the only business concept that allows us to address the qualitative aspects of organisations that influence their capacity to change and/or transform.

 

This is a pathway as well as a challenge. 

 

A pathway because it allows us to perceive systemic information and make the systemic interventions required for bringing about a positive impact. 

 

A challenge, because we, as systemic consultants, still do not have enough evidence to prove the effectiveness of our approach in terms of traditional business metrics. We operate in and engage with a reality beyond revenue figures and annual turnover, but which can produce extraordinary results that often generate the desired financials.

 

This training is designed for people who are interested in looking at organisations from a systemic perspective, whether serving as C-level executives, mid-level management, external consultants, or coaches.  Participants will need to investigate an organisation they are familiar with (e.g. a business they own, work for, or support as consultant or coach). 

 

We will explore organisational culture as a set of systemic patterns where organisational values and desired behaviors are just a part of the whole picture.  Participants will learn to perceive and operate with systemic information in organisations to foster the desired changes.  A part of our training will be devoted to personal growth and transformation to elevate each participant in their currently role. 

 

We hope this training will foster systemic knowledge, group discussions, personal insights as well as the joy of sharing and being part of an international group online. We believe the online format can match different time zones, expectations, and experiences. We will use systemic constellations and exercises working in small groups and a large group.

    • creating space for new insight – releasing stuck energy in the system to arrive at something new
    • transformation – surrendering, giving up some of the identity, being discovered, guided into a new form
  • Exploring relationships from a systemic perspective: 
    • horizontal and vertical relationship systems
    • forms of exchange, order and belonging in both
    • business partnership issues, management, and team issues
    • personal relationships: couple, children – parents
  • Personal transformation: 
    • beyond opinion and judgement: Empty middle
    • exploring space of safety, bravery, and transformation

About Iveta Apine


She is the founder of Systemic Constellations Center Riga; a systemic consultant, trainer, and coach with more than twelve years of experience and more than twenty years in business training and coaching. She is the co-author of the book "Organisational Culture from a Systemic Perspective”. Her experience includes working with business leaders, and partners, leading teams with systemic constellations, and consulting. She is a teacher of organisational and family constellations training programs and runs systemic workshops internationally. PhD eng sc student.

How the course is organised 

 

The course is held in English. The simultaneous translation into Spanish is possible under request.

 

At the end of the course, participants will receive an electronic certificate of completion of the course signed Iveta Apine, issued by the Systemic Leadership Connection Center, and access to video recordings of modules for a period of one year.
