Systemic Leadership

Leadership based on systemic knowledge offers the possibility to lead and act from another inner place than you usually do.

It consists of:

skill to distance yourself from the system you lead or responsible of and look at it from another perspective
ability to listen to people and understand the messages from the systems they belong
seeing different patterns and choosing appropriate one to serve current situation
courage to do systemic interventions to the parts and to the whole
understanding change processes and their order, determining what actions are needed at each level
