Systemic Coaching
The main difference between systemic coaching from all other types of coaching is that the whole system of the coachee, to which the question or problem belongs, is taken into view.
The process of coaching also requires acting from systemic position and attitude from the coach.
Systemic coaching offers coachee to experience different perspective at any chosen question, place in the system (relationships, roles, responsibilities) and/or situation.
By doing so, it is possible to recognise personal patterns and their functionality and how they are, for example, intertwined in organisational systems. It may also reveal that some of coachee`s behaviour expresses loyalty to someone or something in the family of origin. Thus, by looking without judgment, hidden patterns become clear and the transformation movement starts.
