Systemic Pedagogy
The systemic approach focuses on hidden mechanisms in the interaction of participants in the educational process, helping everyone to take their place and feel their role in it: the director of institution, teachers and helping specialists, pupils and students, as well as their families.
If we take into account and recognize each other's place and role, we can fulfil our task of educating a new generation easier.
We learn to look at the symptoms (antisocial behaviour, absenteeism, bullying, conflicts) from the point of view of a larger contexts: family, traumatic events, school environment. The method allows you to clarify what such a symptom indicates and work with its origin.
