We created this course in response to requests from coaches, professionals in education and helping fields, and those willing to expand, meet in the complexity and beyond the apparent. Knowledge from the unconscious levels about how systems hinder our personal growth is obtained thanks to the method of systemic constellations and the phenomenological approach of Bert Hellinger.
We have selected the most relevant topics of personal and organizational development and will consider them from the point of view of systemic phenomenology through theory, demonstration of systemic coaching sessions, exercises and mini-constellations and through practice with colleagues between modules.
In this course, consisting of 6 modules, you will be able to connect with the system resources necessary for greater stability in times of global change, deal with stagnant situations and/or repetitive patterns at work, get acquainted with the principles of wholeness, guiding all systems and will be able to align with the life force unlocking the potential with the help of systemic questions.

About Bibi Schreuder
Bibi Schreuder - co-founder, co-owner and trainer at the Bert Hellinger Institute Netherlands, where thousands of professionals in systemic awareness had been trained and guided. She gives workshops and trainings in different countries (in English) and through systemic coaching with and without constellations, supports people in their movement and development.
Bibi is the co-author of the book "Systemic Coaching: systemic work without the constellation", which she wrote together with J.J.Stam and the author of her most recently published book, which is devoted to systemic pedagogy.
She completed the Gerrit Rietveld Art Academy in Amsterdam and before starting her path in systemic-phenomenological approach in 2001 worked in secondary vocational education.
Married to Jan Jacob Stam, mother of a (already mature) son and daughter.

How the course is organised
The course is held in English with simultaneous translation into Spanish and Russian.Translators with extensive experience in translating events in a systemic approach.
At the end of the course, participants will receive an electronic certificate of completion of the course signed by Bibi Schreuder, issued by the Bert Hellinger Institute Nederlands, and access to video recordings of modules for a period of 1 year.
